Hourly Care
Intercede Home Healthcare offers hourly care services tailored to a diverse range of clients, either in their homes or wherever they consider home.
Our Caregivers are available for shifts starting at a minimum of 4 hours per visit. We typically establish a routine schedule with clients, yet it's always possible to adjust visits to accommodate doctor's appointments or special events. Our commitment is to assist you, and we prioritize flexibility to meet your needs. In addition to the 4-hour minimum visit, there is a minimum schedule of 3 visits per week. You have the flexibility to choose the days you need our assistance or opt for caregiver support seven days a week. Whether it's overnights, weekends, or regular days, there are no additional charges or changes in hourly fees—just a slight extra fee for Holidays.
Assistance with ADLs- Bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and ambulation ( see our service page ADLs & IADLS for the following)
Assistance with IADLS- Cooking, light cleaning, Shopping and activities
Companionship- Having someone around who you enjoy, someone to share a smile and a laugh.
Dementia Care- Providing a safe and stimulating environment
End-of-Life Care- A caregiver to stay beside and care for your loved one
Respite Care- Someone to help while you're out of town or need to recharge
Post- Post-Hospitalization Care- An extra set of hands to help aid in convalescing
Post-Surgical Care- An extra set of hands to help aid in rehabilitation
